He has been with the Anaheim Police Department for over 23 years and has worked as an Officer on Patrol, in the Vice and the Narcotics Details, and a member of the Crime Task Force. After being promoted to Sergeant he supervised Patrol, Major Narcotics and Detectives in the Homicide Detail. As a Lieutenant he has served as a Watch Commander and the Commander of the Community Services Division. Lieutenant Rodig will be in charge of the Central District before being promoted to Captain of the Operations Division.
